People occupy their time in infinite ways, and learning falls near the bottom of the list for most people. After all, there’s always something else on the to-do list taking up time.
A cell phone can be both a hindrance and a help for learning. Sure, it’s easy to start scrolling through social media and lose track of time. It’s also simple to get to a learning platform though. I know I keep six different apps on my phone that I can learn from. The trick is then clicking into the apps rather than a book or social media.
I use two different methods to get my learning going daily. The first is a habit tracker. I use a very basic one that’s programmed to pop up reminders on my phone. I can either check them or brush them aside, and it keeps track. It’s usually motivational when I look at the data and it tells me I’ve been putting something off for several days.
Another thing I do is organize the apps on my phone screen. While it may not seem like a big thing, humans tend to pick what they see most. By placing my learning apps on the home screen and my social media on another screen, I encourage my brain to pick those first. It’s a small psychological trick that really works well for me.
Education doesn’t happen in a vacuum, so it’s important to pick something to learn that either interests you or benefits you in the future. Ideally, the learning subject is something that’s both. This also motivates me into opening my learning apps. Since different ones offer different content, I try mixing it up periodically. That way, I can maximize the potential time I can learn.

You have mentioned a very important point in it. I will definitely add some of the learning apps to my mobile by the end of the day. Thanks, buddy.
